Diary note;" I am looking at architecture that has connectedness to space. Paul Downton designed Christy Walk in Sturt St, Adelaide, his architectural design has the user/dweller completely in mind, he allows the user to cross the psychological threshold into the architects plan. His utopian ideals allows people to make cities- even using Hay Bale materials, built to be adaptable to incorporate grey water reuse, solar heat, water storage and eco/ techno possibilities. These small works are about the people who live in their built environment with connectedness. Purchase this group of six for $1000

The interior Crypt of the Guell Industrial Village in Santa Coloma de Cervello in Spain, which is the work of the architect Antoni Gaudi, had a sence of the deeper depths found in architectural space. It was speaking to me about the human need to search the deeper mysteries related to existance. This piece won an art prize at the St Peters Cathedral. Adelaide. 2009. Framed: float mount
